JOB SUMMARYThe Epic Inpatient Learning Analyst I helps the accomplishments of Baylor Scott & White Health's strategic targets by developing and implementing Epic training content using various media. The Epic Learning Analyst should ideally have a multitude of skills and knowledge that includes training, instructional design, adult learning methods, Epic system applications, learning management systems and incident management software. You partner with multiple teams that include, but not limited to IS, Clinical Informatics and Quality.
