Job DescriptionThis position serves as a shared resource within the Office of General Counsel and reports jointly to the Chief Business Litigation and Operations Counsel and the Chief Transactions and Regulatory Counsel. The role is designed to support both practice groups, reflecting the Office of the General Counsel's strategic objective to build cross-functional capacity and cultivate legal talent with a broad skill set.
