DescriptionSummary:The Principal Trainer II is responsible for the instructional design, delivery, and maintenance of comprehensive training programs for assigned Epic application(s). This role involves building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, updating policy and procedure documentation, and conducting training for new staff, including Credentialed Trainers.
