Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is hiring a Practice Manager for our OPTHAMOLOGY Department. Incumbent will be responsible for 6 locations in the valley and manage approximately 24 employees. Ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years leadership experience in an ophthalmology pediatric clinic and have strong interpersonal skills to manage a variety of different tasks that will include - but not limited to, the day to day needs of each of the clinics, work directly with clinical teams to ensure there is support for high volume clinic days, i.e., face to face patient interaction, and incoming calls/emails.
