Position Information:
The Epic Credentialed Trainer/Quality Specialist is accountable to the Supervisor of Education/Quality for WPP and to provide training for all new employees, as well as remedial and ongoing training to meet the service line and employee goals. In addition, conducts 30, 60, 90 day assessments for new employees, participates in process improvement projects and workflow optimization within assigned areas. Uses reporting tools to identify and address errors or issues related to operations as well as clinical workflow or clinical system issues. Incorporates a strong emphasis on customer service and quality in educational offerings. Serves as a resource to IS in the development of profiles to maximize the accuracy of revenue cycle and analyze the data collected during the registration process. Collaborates with designated management staff to identify issues that interfere with the department's ability to meet its goals and develop solutions for same.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Direct Position Experience And 2 Years Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required - Or 5 Years Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning In Healthcare Required - Or In Lieu of Degree 1 Year Direct Position Experience Preferred

Education Required:
Associate's Degree Nursing Or Information Technology Or Healthcare Or Education Or Related Field Required - And Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Or Information Technology Or Education Or Related Field Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility Preferred
