DescriptionThis position is responsible for supervising Credentialed Trainers and for assuring effective training and support are provided for ConnectCARE (Epic) users in the various credentialed applications. The Credentialed Trainer Supervisor is responsible for daily management including scheduling and monitoring for training effectiveness; for mentoring and coaching of the trainers; and for assuring trainers adhere to IT and ConnectCARE Training policies.This position will develop lesson plans, and update training materials to reflect changes in policies, curriculum and build.
