$25.07 ($52,145/year) - $27.80 ($57,000 /year) per hour/ $2,000 Sign-on Bonus after completion of satisfactory 90-day review
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU's compensation plan. RVU's full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

This position is responsible for a variety of general accounting tasks including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
Essential Job Functions
Bank account reconciliations.
General ledger reconciliations during the month-end close.
Perform physical inventory of fixed assets and maintain operating lease schedules.
Contract database entries as necessary.
Process student financial aid stipends on a recurring basis.
Assist with accounts receivable duties as needed including coding and bank deposits.
Assist with processing accounts payable with proper invoice coding, packing lists and approvals.
Marginal Job Functions
Assist administration, faculty and staff in special projects.
Participate in RVU outreach activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural setting.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years of relevant experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience at an accredited university, health profession college, or medical school.
Experience in Jenzabar software.
