This position will work closely with our clinicians, medical staff office partners, and state medical boards to facilitate state licensure,  hospital credentialing, and payor enrollment.  You will provide comprehensive support to our clinicians enabling them to provide care across multiple states and facilities while reducing administrative burden.

 What You’ll Do Here:

• Develop a holistic understanding of the various components of the business and apply that multidisciplinary thinking to all your analysis and execution
• Develop and implement workflows and organizational structures to process and track applications and renewals for state licensure, hospital credentialing, and payor enrollment.
• Build constructive relationships with Clinicians and Medical Staff Office Partners
• Monitor credentialing throughout implementations and communicate any risks to timelines

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• 2-5+ years experience in credentialing, preferably in a hospital setting (CPCS or CPMSM preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met and the work is successfully and accurately completed within deadlines
• Competency with Word, Adobe, docusign and other related software tools.  Experience with MDStaff, Verity Stream, Cactus, or other credentialing software
• Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clinicians, partners, management, and other stakeholders through positive interaction and problem identification and resolution.
• Identify both proactive (forward looking, your own initiatives) and reactive (fulfilling requests from other stakeholders) initiatives, and ensure they are appropriately prioritized 
• Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as appropriate for the audience
• Bias towards action, showing initiative, rolling up your sleeves to get whatever needs doing done.
