JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for developing, directing and improving learning operations and team members. Ensures that end users receive the needed learning in the use of software applications and other forms of technology within the workplace. Responsible for identifying areas where additional learning may be beneficial due to technological advancements or software application changes. Ensures alignment of technical learning with business goals. Provides leadership of administrative functions as it relates to curriculum/learning/development.
