Responsible for the overall coordination, facilitation, and management of special projects that support the Comprehensive Weight Management and/or Comprehensive Gender Care Programs. Facilitates communication and information sharing between sites, providers, and leadership across the system. Ensures projects are completed in an appropriate timeframe. Supports the Service Line Director and Medical Director with administrative and coordination of day to day operations and strategy deployment.
Provides leadership and overall coordination to accomplish the implementation of special projects. Works with team members to establish clear, precise implementation plan, including goals, objectives and timeframes.
Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements.
Assists in planning, coordinating and facilitating of meetings; prepares and distributes materials necessary for meetings; attend specified meetings and takes minutes to ensure accurate records of meeting are available.
Partners with Surgery Service Line Leadership to support strategy deployment activities. Assists with Performance Dimension leaders as needed.
Acts as a liaison for the Program Leadership between internal and external customers.
Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
Performs other responsibilities as needed/assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of office related experience with an emphasis on project management and customer service.
Experience with weight management programs and populations served.
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic- based role.
Experience with gender care programs and populations served.
