This is a unique opportunity for an innovative Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) professional to expand their strategic thinking and apply their subject matter expertise at a company focused on empowering the credentialing community through solutions that will dramatically reduce the redundancy and elongated timelines associated with privileging and enrollment.
The Credentialing Data Analyst will be highly motivated, detail oriented, results driven, and entrepreneurial— consistently applying positivity, patience, and a can-do attitude. This role will be responsible for understanding and documenting our members’ unique credentialing requirements and applying deep industry knowledge to the team’s planning and design efforts. The Credentialing Data Analyst will directly support the technology, product, and member development teams.

This position will be located in Tampa, Florida or remote and reports to the Head of Technology.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the latest credentialing accreditation and certification standards
Understand, organize, and document ProCredEx members’ credentialing requirements
Support technology team in translating requirement documentation into technical business rules
Provide guidance on medical staff office professional processes, preferences, experiences, and requirements
Support development of relationships with medical staff office professional community
Support engagement of members’ medical staff office professionals
