Provides dedicated support to the development, and maintenance of data systems and web-based applications critical to the functions of Provider Network Management (PNM). Performs data entry, verification, organization, tracking, document preparation, and retrieval of information to support management and executive level decision making and business operations within PNM. Develops and maintains routine and standard ad hoc reports using a variety of Health Plan data sources. Participates in data integrity auditing processes as well as system upgrade testing and implementation.
Works under the direct supervision of the Team Lead, Provider Data Management.
Competencies and Skills:
Highly organized with attention to detail and a demonstrated high regard for data accuracy.
Ability to read, extract and interpret information and compare to established departmental policies and procedures.
Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects independently within established timeframes.
Proficiency in Health Plan data applications and reporting tools including but not limited to Vistar, Quest Analytics, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access.
Willingness to learn and utilize other computer software applications or programs in order to support the business operations of PNM.
Possesses effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.
Maintains confidentiality of activities related to credentialing, peer review, quality assurance and legal issues.

Education and or Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or related area required.
Minimum three years data/office or related work experience required.
