This position is responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of the monitoring and control processes that ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to licensure of clinical staff. This position will also be responsible for reporting and coordinating with the HR Shared Services Team in efforts to make sure all data is accurate.
Performs regular audits of license/certification expirations through the license tracking system. Ensures proper notifications and reminders of upcoming expirations are sent to Associates per defined processes and timelines.
Identifies Associates that are near to or have reached the expiration of the required license/certification period. Reports expirations to the appropriate leader and Human Resources.
Assists HR Shared Services team with correcting license/certification information in HR system and works any other HR cases related to license/certification.
