The incumbent completes credentialing and privileging duties for permanent, temporary and/or locum providers who will provide services within SEARHC under the direction of the Medical Staff Coordinator. The incumbent will also provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the various Medical Directors, the Medical Staff and the Medical Executive Committee as needed. The incumbent collaborates with the administrative assistants of hospital/clinic administrators and various clinics to provide additional administrative support as needed.
Associates in Business Administration or equivalent training and work experience.
Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred. Applicants should pursue certification within 4 years of start.
2 years of office experience to include word processing and transcription skills.
Familiar and well-versed in Microsoft Excel and office programs.
