*New position!* Howard Center seeks an experienced supervisor to lead the new integrated crisis program, First Call for Chittenden County, serving youth and adults regardless of age or diagnosis. The Director is responsible for the leadership, management and staff supervision of a 24/7 call center, mobile assessment team, response and intervention services, and suicide prevention initiatives. The successful candidate has 5-7 years in the field including direct service and supervisory experience; demonstrates proficiency as a public relations representative for the Agency; and exhibits strong risk management skills and the ability to uphold a standard of excellence in crisis care. Credentials as a licensed Psychologist Master, LICSW or LCMHC is required.

Howard Center's workplace wellness program, HC4ME is a multi-year recipient of a Vermont Governor's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports award. In addition to coordinating physical fitness groups for Howard Center staff and providing ongoing advocacy and education on wellness in the workplace, the committee holds an annual wellness fair for staff which includes access to information and prizes from local wellness-focused businesses, chair massages, flu shots, and other health-focused activities.
